Globe University has a long history of providing career-focused education. Since the founding of the school in 1885 (which was then known as Globe College), our primary goal has remained the same—providing students with the practical knowledge they need to establish fulfilling careers.
In line with this goal, Globe University-Wausau is nationally accredited by Accrediting Council of Independent Colleges and Schools (ACICS) to award master’s, bachelor’s, and associate degrees, diplomas and certificates. ACICS is listed as a nationally recognized accrediting agency by the United States Department of Education and is also recognized by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA). ACICS holds us to a high standard of graduate placement rates, meaning we never lose sight of our goal—to provide students with the best career-focused education possible.
A small school, a large support network
Globe University shares academic resources and corporate support with Minnesota School of Business. Together, our schools include campuses throughout South Dakota, Minnesota and Wisconsin. Every campus within the network is small, focusing on personal attention and a “we care” attitude toward every student.
